New Membership Form

Thank you for your interest in joining York-Adams Game & Fish Association. After submitting an application and payment, you will need to attend our New Member Orientation and Membership Meeting. These meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7PM and 7:30PM, respectively. The New Member Orientation and the Membership Meeting are held in the Mother Club (first level of the main building with a green door).

Household Membership Fee
The cost of a new household membership is $130, a one-time $30 initiation fee, and a $7 PayPal fee. Your total payment below will be $167.

Senior Membership Fee
The cost of a new household membership is $85, a one-time $30 initiation fee, and a $5 PayPal fee. Your total payment below will be $120.
