
Club Positions

Board of Directors
The business of the organization shall be managed by a Board of Directors, who shall be elected by the Active Membership, each for a term of four (4) years. One (1) Board Member to be elected each year. Board of Directors members must attend at least 9 meetings per year. Directors shall inform the President of issues to be put on the Agenda for the meeting, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. BOD members shall approve or deny improvements and projects brought to them from the Membership, Captains, and Committees. Must have the ability to communicate via email and be reachable by a cellphone.
President
The president’s duties include presiding over club and board meetings, conducting club assemblies, overseeing club management and finances, and developing and maintaining a safe environment for club members and families. The president collaborates with other club officers and the board of directors regarding these duties and must be able to communicate via email and be reachable by cellphone.
Vice President
The vice president’s duties include attending all committee meetings as a counselor and ex-officio member, assisting the president in every capacity, attending all club and board meetings, and presiding as president in his/her absence. The vice president collaborates with other club officers and the board of directors regarding these duties and must be able to communicate via email and be reachable by cellphone.
Treasurer
The treasurer’s duties include controlling the club’s funds (collection and disbursement), recording all receivables, and maintaining accurate financial records to provide accurate reports as requested. The treasurer is also responsible for recording finances in QuickBooks Online, using online banking, and paying all club bills. The treasurer collaborates with the club administrator and president regarding these duties and must be able to communicate via email and be reachable by cellphone.
Club Administrator
The club administrator’s duties include managing club mail (postal and digital), checking and responding to voicemail, processing new memberships and renewals, recording membership and rental-related payments, maintaining accurate records of membership status, contact information, and access card numbers, and managing access cards and email marketing. The club administrator collaborates with other club officers regarding these duties and must be able to communicate via email and be reachable by cellphone.
Communications Coordinator
The communications coordinator’s duties include recording minutes, attendance, and voting tallies during meetings, submitting minutes to club records, posting information on social media, maintaining the club website and digital calendar, and completing the annual newsletter. The communications coordinator collaborates with the club administrator and president regarding these duties and must be able to communicate via email and be reachable by cellphone.

Trap/Skeet Field Captain
It shall be the duty of the Field Captain to appoint assistants, as necessary for cashier, scorekeeper, trap puller, trap operator, and to have charge of the purchase and handling of all shells and clay birds; maintain the trap grounds in order, and to have charge of all shooting activities in the fields. Must have the ability to communicate via email and be reachable by a cellphone.
Rifle Captain
It shall be the duty of Rifle Captain to manage all rifle shooting. He shall enforce all rifle range rules established by the organization. Must have the ability to communicate via email and be reachable by a cellphone.
Indoor Pistol Captain
It shall be the duty of the Pistol Captain to manage all pistol shooting and range equipment, conduct matches and develop and enforce all rules established by this organization. The Pistol Captain may also appoint an assistant to help conduct matches and enforce all safety rules established by this organization. Must have the ability to communicate via email and be reachable by a cellphone.
Outdoor Pistol Captain
It shall be the duty of the Pistol Captain to manage all pistol shooting and range equipment, conduct matches and develop and enforce all rules established by this organization. The Pistol Captain may also appoint an assistant to help conduct matches and enforce all safety rules established by this organization. Must have the ability to communicate via email and be reachable by a cellphone.
Archery Captain
It shall be the duty of the Archery Captain to manage all archery equipment, conduct matches, and develop and enforce all rules established by this organization. The Archery Captain may also appoint assistants to help conduct matches and enforce all safety rules established by this organization. Must have the ability to communicate via email and be reachable by a cellphone.
Fish Pond Captain
It shall be the duty of the Fish Pond Captain to manage the Lake and Area around the Lake, Fishing, Stocking to make the necessary rules for safety, to appoint the necessary assistants and to enforce the rules of the organization. Must have the ability to communicate via email and be reachable by a cellphone.
The Audit Committee shall be composed of at least three (3) members of the organization, appointed by the President as soon after the President’s election as is practicable, whose duties shall be to review all financial aspects of the organization for the preceding year. Members of this committee shall serve for a term of one (1) year or until their successor shall qualify.
The By Law Committee shall be composed of at least three (3) members of the organization, appointed by the President as soon after the President’s election as is practicable, whose duties shall be to review Bylaws and Constitution of the organization for the preceding year. Members of this committee shall serve for a term of one (1) year or until their successor shall qualify.
